Robert J. Schoutens

Robert is a husband, father, engineer, inventor, photographer and author. He is passionate about nature and photography, with a soft spot for baked goods and hiking in the Swiss Alps. He has no fear, most of the time. Just don't call him "Bob."

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering & his M.B.A. thesis focused on the economics of public trail use. He has spent over 20 years in the medical device industry specializing in 3D printing and personalized implants. He has a past life in optics, electroforming, machining, and waste management.

He is inquisative and determined, as well as a problem solver. If you tell him "it can't be done," then he is perhaps talking to the wrong person.
